Minichamps/Spark Confusion?
I don't know if any of the members can answer this, maybe Mark (big brother, I know you're watching!) can. Like all the rest of you, I recieve weekly email updates from Minichamps. Yesterday, they announced release of the Spark Radical Racing Radical SR9 AER #21 LM 2007, #SPA 430357. First of all, this car is no where to be found on Sparks' website and the catalog number strangely looks like a Minichamp number in that it starts with 430. Since Minichamps took over distibution of Spark, thier releases have become a total mess. And now, different catalog numbers, I'm becoming totally confused. So, I guess my question is, when will this model be available and why is Minichamps screwing things up? Dave

Dave, I know we already covered this, but just to reiterate: Since Minichamps got involved the Spark/Bizarre/Redline thing is a total mess. The bad news is that we don't have a choice at this point. I think Minichamps saw the writing on the wall that Minimax (Spark/Bizarre/Redline) were crushing them in the 1:43 racing market. So if you have a big phat wallet just pay off your competitors so you can take over the company. It's all about the money! Take care, Mark
